I think this have perfect RP because if leader make decision and his soldiers obey him... this is nice RP play... if not, what is RP?
If he start war with Rheinland which isnt in interest of emperor (admin)... he can be taken down from his post (taken down.... not fined or baned)... but if he use diplomacy and Rheinland confirm KNF presence in sigma, It will be great RP.

I agree there is MOSTLY no reason to do that because GMG NPCs are everywhere but I dont agree this is against RP and they cant do that.
