41st doesn't do tactics from what I have seen. Same goes for SFC, [LN] or LSF. LSF doesn't even use caps.

Not part of the group, and contrary to your belief, no I don't have an issue working with their groups. Its just they don't do enough tactics and strict military RP for my taste.

So you're going to say both of those things, from the perspective of an outsider, and you're going to try and create a group that already exists, without the cooperation of the groups who are -already- trying to work on the same exact thing?
