Ladies and gentlemen of the board,

My name is Valic Orcus Walker. Hereby, I submit my application for the Independent Neuralnet Division.
Understandably, one would like to get to know someone before hiring them, so I have taken my time putting the following on paper.

I am *COUGH*ty-five years of age, and have been on the board of a freelance company for a few decades, following in the footsteps of my father and mother, who were both on the same board, of the same company. They have since retired, and thanks to the many contacts they have made in all branches of space ­­­―and the wealth they've gathered for themselves­­­― they now enjoy a peaceful life of luxury in a spacious house the lush forests on planet Gaia.

They have introduced me to many of these contacts, and I have been able to establish many new relations with new acquaintances in my time.
It is my understanding that you are looking for members with various skills and qualities to make the perfect company, as a smith would hammer links together to forge the perfect chain armor. It is my hope that I may become one of the links in your armor. I am certain I can put my skills as pilot, and my contacts to good use for the IND.

It is my hope I get accepted, but in case matters go down-hill... Like my cousin Johnny always said: "Keep Walking."
