Pirates Docking on Our Bases

Jump trading straight to target has caused some issues that will need to be addressed, but that's drifting offtopic here. The OT's complaint is about pirates using Zoner bases to attack Zoners. I recommend trying to screeny such. As one of our server rules clearly states that you should not be docking at the bases of a faction you are pewing (and that includes Freeport 1), it is sanctionable and will get the offender's reps adjusted wether or not an FR5 is filed.
