Good day gentlemen.

My name is Jean Cusco. I was appointed in command of a recently build Redemption class battle ship - CLN-La.Reunion.

The main mission I got from my commandment is to strengthen opposition to Royal Navy expansion into Sirius sector.
The more they conquer the stronger they may become. And the Council interest is to not let that happen.

Since the main battleground, and a key position, is Leeds system I would like to ask for a permit to operate there and if it is possible to have docking access.

So, is it possible to use any of the station located in Leeds for refueling and resupply of the CLN-La.Reunion?

This vessel is equipped with some advanced technology known as cloaking device. So LD14 station would be perfect for me.

And what would be the protocols for cooperation with Armed Forces?

As a quick reminder, we have interest only in fighting against GRN there.
