The high command of the Armed Forces of Bretonia agreed on your request, and the CLN-La.Reunion. is allowed to fly in Leeds system for the purpose of fighting off the ennemy. The La.Reunion has also clearance to refuel and repair at LD-14 and Stokes.

However, keep in mind that the defence of Leeds gathers forces from many origins, possibly some former ennemies of yours. You must know that no one is allowed to settle scores - except with the GRN naturally.
