PVP free system

[Huhuh]

I was wondering if people would be interested in a PVP free system for them to engage in lengthy verbal RP (meetings, events, cybering etc). PVP could be a possibility should all parties agree on it, but random attacks (piracy, opposing factions interfering) won't happen.

We've got conn for PVP only purposes, so why not have system purely for RP? The server does have RP in it's name after all (not that I'm dismissing fighting as not RP).

Pros:
Complex, non-pvp events are less likely to be messed with
Sense of security from lolwuttery and or pvpwhoring
Players have to be creative
Players will go there looking to RP

Cons:
No risk
Less random encounters
Players spaced out even more

Obviously the system would have to be a dead end and have no mineable zones, sell points, or buy points, to avoid people abusing it to make money.

Now I've only just gotten back into the game, so this is not a QQ because I'm being shot too often or something like that (in fact I came back to the game to shoot things).
