I have to agree with most of the opinions in this thread. In my personal experience, practically every bounty hunter I have seen has been in a gunboat or above class ship. On my pirate characters I have been camped by Battlecruisers, Battleships, Liberty Dreadnaughts with Bounty hunter tags/ids... It gets pretty ridiculous.
One time in Dublin I went to rob a trader in a Heavy Tanker. A pretty hard task for my Slipstream, I must add. It took ages to break down his shield and I only managed to inflict damage when a Sabre joined the fight.
The trader didn't respond to my demands once. He just pressed F2 and fired his turrets.
Around 5 minutes later, the heavy tanker docked with the Battleship Essex. Then the trader goes offline. 2 or so minutes later, two Bounty Hunter battlecruisers come into Dublin. One has the same name as the Heavy tanker...
I avoided them, but seriously... Reengaging is bad enough. But in a capital ship? No wonder cap-whores get such a bad rep. Not only are they piloting an over-the-top ship, they often break rules/refuse to RP.
