Bretonian Restricted Goods Licensing

Greetings Bretonian Freinds. This is Keiko Matsumado. You may or may not know me as the Okasan of the New Sisterhood of Golden Chrysanthemums. I am sending this transmission today to request a few permissions from the government of house bretonia. We over here in Tau 65 know that you are at war with those pathetic Gallians. You may or may not have heard but after the war betwen Kusari and Bretonia ended the Kusari government changed hands but not in the way that the GC had hoped it would. Instead of a diplomatic monarchy not unlike Bretonia, like we had hoped, Kusari became a Democratic puppet state of Gallia. Now we here at the Golden Chrysanthemums dont like that idea much. I have put into effect orders to disrupt any Gallian trade vessel in GC Zone of Influence. This, while not on purpose, helps the Bretonian war effort by disrupting the smooth trade of goods into Gallia thus weakening them, and allowing Bretonia to focus specifically on the Bretonian/Gallian front. Now - running an operation like this isnt cheap. And after certain events that have happened within the Sisterhood we are extremely sparse on supplies. So I am requesting this. I would like the abilty for my personal trade vessel [GC]-Kuroi.Barra to have passage through the Taus for the express purposes of trade between the Golden Chrysanthemums and House Bretonia. I would also request that this vessel be allowed to purchase and export military grade goods - to keep my small squadron operational. The Government of house Bretonia has the right to restrict access to any bases and systems that you do not want this vessel to enter, and if it pleases the crown you can request that I mask my Tag and IFF Card as to not cause panic within house space. Also if it further pleases the crown, upon request I will trade in my vessel for a Borderworld Transport - however I hope that you will allow me to continue to use my Pirate Train - as it is small and discreete and it is compatible with my current Golden Chrysanthemum Identification Card and the BWT is not.
I would also like to request - That the Kuroi Barra be allowed no more than 1 unit of Cardamine within House Bretonia Space - This is but a humble request and you have every right to deny me this request however I extremely hope you consider, as this single unit of cardamine will not be consumed within House Bretonia space except on the unfortunate occurance of withdrawal. You may or may not know that the effects of withdrawal are very painful and deady, and I would hate to put my life in jeopardy by not having a backup in case of this situation occurring

I will be sending funds shortly for both the Tau Access license and the Military license. I hope we can come to an agrement and may the Queen live long and may House Bretonia prosper.
