We do not wish your cargo to be brought into our bases and our systems. You can use Golden Chrysanthemum bases to supply yourselves and to sell your cargo if they allow you to. So the following request is still there.

- Chugoku, Tohoku, and Tau 63 are off-limits. These systems are in direct control of the Blood Dragons, and we do not want any outsiders there.

Know this, we simply allow you to pirate shipments and attack the so called lawful forces of the Kusari. Nothing more, nothing less. Respect the wishes of our sisters, stay in good terms with them, and stay away from us.
