Itabashi is exempted in writing. Do I like it? No, but I am not the Kusari government, thus I cannot over-rule their decision to let it stay there.
Also, if you are crying about the money Yao has already offered to give the cost back so you can build a new base. Not that it's our fault you fail to read the codex regarding bases since "5k from the moon" is not really specific - the moon is round after all.
West made a mistake, partial since he didn't bother to ask you about the exact location of it, we acknowledged the mistake and offered to assist you because of it (financially or else) - doesn't mean you made no mistake and that you should go flaming around. Chill out.
What I am saying bottom line: Instead of whining around about "ooRP that, RP that qq-q--q-q-q" try to solve the matter inRP. Heck - you say you deserve something yet I didn't see you even try to work to get it. Sarah made a good point telling you bluntly - RP it out.
