As for ALG-Kruger merger, when I was ALG leader, I thought not to merge them outright, but rather have ALG owners control packet of shares in Kruger. Kruger would adjust its diplomacy to ALG one partially, and probably they'd be slowly integrated. Outright merger isn't good move IRP, as those're different companies with different tasks and structures.
Of course I'm not dev, though, just imo.
EDIT: As for DHC, I think Rheinland needs more corporations alive. Plus DHC can't steal GMG gas.
