Why is the community population declining?

I left because my favourite characters were wiped by the admins, along with a whole faction.
At that point, they were the only fun I had on the server.

I felt under siege from admins and playerbase alike, had little fun with my remaining characters because I'd played them to death. So I left.

The reason I came back is because this is the one place I've found where RP and PvP can occur simultaneously without neutering yourself. These days I just stay out of the admin's way and far from politics.
