Jailbreak

Jack wandered through the caverns inside of the Goddess Geode. The place was like a maze, winding around and re-intersecting with itself. It seemed like hours before he sat down for a rest. He unwrapped the bandage around his arm to check his wound.

"Son of a ..." He cringed as pain came searing to him. He was surprised he was still alive. "That Eris chick must have put some sort of spell on me or something. I should be dead.... What does she want from me..." He was extremely confused, but he somehow knew this was the path he was destined to take.

He wandered the caverns for a few more hours until he finally stumbled upon a long hallway with a room on the end that was unbearably bright. Just looking down the hall at it blinded him momentarily. "That must be where I need to go." He approached and entered the room and found it contained a gigantic brightly glowing crystal in the center that had tons of smaller crystals attached to it. "That must be what I need to retrieve." He broke one off and there was a blinding light. Once he could see again he found he had been teleported back to the Skyhook. The guard(Goddess?) was there still, giving him that sadistic grin. She waved him onward.
"Be careful... I noticed a friend of yours has arrived..."

Friend? 'Crap' He thought. 'That must be King... He has found me...' He slowly creeped along until he noticed a bunch of security gathered in a large hall. In the center of the group was King, giving orders.

"Crap crap crap." He looked around, seeing if there was a way to get past them. He noticed a long corridor to the right of him.. "I really hope this gets me to a hangar bay." He didn't want to steal another ship, but he would if he had to. Jack rushed down the corridor until he reached a large room. It was indeed a hangar, but it was filled what looked like medical vessels. There was a group of pilots gathered around one of them. "Oh thank Eris..." Wait... did he actually say that? Jack was confused. It was like some sort of spell had been placed on him. He shook it off and ran towards them. He was starting to get woozy.

"I need to get to Doc..." He wheezed at them. They turned to look. One of them gasped. "You need medical attention!!" one of them exclaimed. "Wait... Is that a crystal?" The man was shocked.
"Please... Please take me to Doc..." Jack was able to say before he passed out.

Jack woke to find himself in a medical bed attatched to all kinds of life support devices. His arm was in a cast. He sat up abruptly.
"Where is Doc!!!" He exclaimed. One of the nurses rushed over and tried to make him lay back down again.
"We are taking you to Cambridge.... Don't worry Doc will be there. And since you have a crystal I am sure he will agree to see you..."

Jack calmed down at this. He laid back down and the moment his head hit the pillow he had passed out again.
