my thinking is that most of these factions we speak of would need a source of income, i.e. pirating to fund their war. i don't think they can afford to just blow up everything and risk losing proffit.

Well, quite a few of them mention funding somewhere; the xenos probably nab goods on transports they destroy, along with a lot of others; the Bundschuh should have Rheinlanders funding them, they seem to attract the intellectuals there (there was a newswave somewhere about it). Although I left some of them people to pirate or ways to make money; i.e., sorry-for-pirating-you-but-we-need-cash situations.
Does anyone notice any problems with my list or have any suggestions? If not I suggest we show it to admin for the next version.
