Ever since I got a good PC my attention span with the consoles has really waned, but I still liked to play some Halo 3, Reach and Toy Soldiers with my friends before I finally kicked it.
Now, the new one is out and there is a massive... how do I put it, ragefest from people about it. A lot of people are not happy from what I'm hearing, but the bad does tend to show more than the good.
Basically, all the games are linked to your profile, and if you sell the physical copy to someone else, they need to pay a fee to 're-activate' it for their console. I'm also assuming that means you still have the permission to play that game forever right? So, Microsoft is fully cashing in on the used market since they get all the commission and pass it on to the developers. So, us humans in the real world and in dire straights can't trade things in for credit towards upgrades and games now?
/slowclap.
There is a lot more to rage about, but I'm not fully clued up yet.
Still watching this video to get an idea:
EDIT: Snipping, more foul language than expected. Look up Angry Rant and Xbox One on Youtube.
