Some (a few) are pretty good, but they are the exception.

Want a RH Cap? Get RM Permission, or die.
Want a Lib Cap? Get LSF or SA permission, or die.
Want a KU cap? Get KNF permission or die.
Want a Bret Cap? Get QCRF permission or die.
Want a OC cap? Get ROS permission or die.
etc, TBH, TAZ, UOG....

Radical way to do it? Faction Leaders get a ship setup for them on new account, with Admin Gear, for the EXPRESS PURPOSE of killing unwanted indie caps.

im a man that doesnt like to restrict people just because they don't have a factions tag.
but times are getting to the point its stupid, to many of em running rabid with no RP what so ever. i do propose as my 3rd duke said to only give permission to those whom have sent a RP post to such faction leader of such house and to give permission then. if they don't banish them until they do. and if they still don't kill em till they get the point.
recently ive had to drive out a non official faction out of malta for this precise reason. seen 3-4 of em all of em in oc dessies 2 of which looking to buy a big flashy bs and dreadnought. i personally told them to leave alpha immediately or i would have to get physical. i told him to send a RP post to me and eppy about it etc .... still to this day waiting on that RP post. maybe i drove them away from the server completely?
i dont like having to be rough to people of my own alignment but to be honest its got to the point if i see someone whoring a cap ship with no RP what so ever and just running into system shouting "LOL" "ROFL" ":D,:),:(,:P" im just gonna give you 2 warning if you dont take em sorry i will blow the living crap out of you.
might cause civil war but its something that needs to be done.
though if i do see someone flying the ship with good RP il congratulate you and let you be off. but from now on i would probably say put down some rules from all the faction leaders stating you need to give a application of some sort before you are allowed to purchase said cap ship. and if you dont well il do to you what lawfuls do to smugglers pulling good through lawful systems.
cause lets face it, they ruining the name of all the factions by whoring em left and right
EDIT: we could also isolate them from the rest of the community, completely shut them out from everything till they realise what they're doing is wrong. its a very elitist thing to do. but someone said earlier why not kill they're fun like they're killing ours?
