Microsoft is only doing this so they don't have to pay as much taxes.

Same thing with Windows.

98 Bad, 98 SE Good, 2000/Me Bad, XP Good, Vista Bad, 7 Good, 8 Bad.
Sales wise. Microsoft is forcing themselves to get somewhat bad sales for a few years so they can keep their money, they'll get back on the right track soon.

That or the people at Microsoft have turned dumb and stinky.
