Well with all due respect sir, I consider that the draw back or flaw is that you must survive long enough to escape, so if you can't make a fast kill, no, you dont get a blue message. If you get ganked your cloak should work, if ganked well, then you just lose the battle, or if you're in a bc and run into a couple of battleships, and you try to cloak, you might just get whacked before your 60 secs. All of the CD's go up in effiency as quality increases, so i'm just saying why not fork out some hard work for a 100%, so long as you can surivive it. if you want to get a blue message from one of these ships, again, work hard, get a better ship, or a bunch of comrades, and work fast. I know its not going to change, but it should still be considered.
