Only absolutes, no middle way to favor both sides. No way to balance properly. But the real issue is the lack of RP regulations.
If you'd read thread carefully, I and few other people did make an attempt to provide a "golden middle". Not an ideal one, I take that.
After that, my replies were aimed at those, who proposed unlimited vulnerability at all time zones, i.e., just nerfing them,without any other measures taken to avoid uwanted consequences, that will appear as a result of such decision.
I'm not strictly against nerfing bases, per se. It just should be done wisely.
