And if you would have noticed, there has been communications between official factions and the TAZ about this station and why it blocks that part of the traffic. The discussions went peaceful and most of them ended in getting the relevant ship names on the list.

Yeah this is what I mean, that the factions that should care for their indies really don't, as long as they got themselves sorted out.

I frankly don't know what would have been so hard in dropping a message to TAZ that "hey guys, this base is shooting me, please make it don't shoot, my ship name is XYZ". Would that have been so hard? Don't think so, we have seen many been capable to do so.

Well, I did. After it shot and killed me, so I guess that's poor RP since my character would have been dead and not able to call TAZ HQ and ask what's up... That base is meticulously designed to kill people jumping in from T29 - the slighest bit of lag on arrival, and your ship is vaporized. It's deliberately constructed to be that efficient. Since when did TAZ policy become "shoot first, ask later"? That's not my impression of what that faction is supposed to be.

Of course it is, but that hardly makes TAZ completely independent from regional powers.

Sure but the dude himself said that they constructed the base because they were sick and tired of people docking and picking up their Aquilons - the rational thing to do would have been to push devs about this bug and let it slide until it got fixed, rather than try to kill all those players knowing full well that they are solely there to pick up a ship that they are in their full right to fly - more so than TAZ if one is to believe the Aquilon infocard - which happens to only gets sold on Bonito due to a bug. It's a thinly veiled excuse for trolling and epeen'ing.

3.) Message TAZ any time to ask for access, I haven't seen anybody been rejected yet. (Oh, god we have to RP!!!)

Much like that other guy with the cheats, you seem to imply that RP is only what happens here on the forums. I look at it completely different: That actions and behavior in-game weighs more than nicely formatted forum posts. However a base isn't able to do much RP, but it excels at insta-killing. It's a negative entity in the environment when it behaves like this and owners don't take responsibility for it (sure they sent me some credits when I complained in-rp to shut my loud-mouthed character up, but how about those players that don't go on the forum, those players that heard cardamine smuggling is a fun thing to do and get brutally whacked on their first trip without understanding how and why?).
