Yeah, blame TAZ for not being able to target specifically who they wanted because there are some lines missing from the code. It's like you blame the pilot for flying and dogfighting in a ship not been properly balanced by the dev team.
Want the Outcast state of affairs do it's job properly again? Take over and do what you want to be done yourself.
