Agreed with chopper... If unification of SA and USS takes place.. as 2nd/3rd in command in USS i will take care of guarding 24/7 issues of Z21...
There are many players that set up their chars and enter Z21 to cut time on their trip to Omicrons...
In my USS char i always ask permission to enter Z21, because it is restricted to all non SA/LSF personnel..
but as a part of Northern navy we can enter Z21 with such permission..
We need some Libetry law written both in SA and LSF factions threads on forum (should be pinned) so any player can read that... and there should be one or two points on how to deal with offenders in Z21 ....and most importantly that law should be enforced without exceptions..
LPI is from my point of view is official faction and their authority around ALL basses must be recognized...because they are Liberty police not Manhattan police or Fort Bush police.. their ZOI is Liberty..off course except Z21..
Also if someone holds contraband in its cargo hold LPI should act despite their "habit to eject first and ask questions later" *wipes tears*... No one can reject demand of LPI when asked to move his/her ship because it causes traffic jam
The most important thing is to establish chain of command when there is large number of players (LPI,SA,LSF) online at the same time and this chain of command should be posted on the forums too ...
Corsairs in Liberty aren't corsairs we all now... we can deal with them as we demonstrated them every time they entered Liberty... phew... rather a distraction then a threat... (off course it is totally ooRP to see them in Liberty)...
