THIS logic is one of the main reasons why RP in server name matters as little as it does now.
Let me take this logic a little further.
Imagine "RP before shooting" rule was removed (or is it being now? Xeno much?)

Or hypothetical EVE style.

Or hypothetical Real Life if you like

THIS is what such logic leads to.
