Obviously, the npcs arent that strong. But technically, who'd go in an offlimit teritory to defend liberty itnerests? the elites, right?
What I mean, is that, everyone knows of area 51 in nevada - heck, it must be the most reknown "secret" base of the world... but I'd like to see an extremist trying to smuggle something through that base... or its surounding for that matter.
now, of course there are no server rules to restrict you to do this. And you know the npcs arent that strong. its to you to listen or not what I believe is logical.
