Around 100% of the people on the forums are against capships spamming. It's horrible and detrimental to RP. If you are procapshipspamming, take yourself to another server.

On another note, it's good RP sense to pretend that Zone 21 does not exist. It is not, however, a good idea to put the guy under arrest. The LSF can do something else, however.
I have never understood why LSF polices. Here is something they could do: Tell the guy asking where Alaska is to follow him, lead him into some desolate area, and tell the guy in private comms that Alaska does not exist, and essentially threaten him.
"Arresting" or fining persons is not right. While it can bring more people to the forums, a million credit fine for something decently innocent(since nearly everyone knows Z21 and Alaska exist) is a little over the top.
