Mister Liam Anders,

To begin with, Housing and Job placements. Job placements can be covered by us, and I am sure our sister company will have their own opinion on this, but it is decided that Colonial Citizens will have every right to apply, and work within, the Borderworlds Exports corporation. As for housing, thats one for the Government to discuss with you. I'm sure there shouldn't be a problem, but do remember that what remains is being given to Leeds refugees as a priority.

As for the food production on Yuma. With the current Refugees all being moved away from Leeds, to any where we can spare, we would gladly accept what food you can send our way. It's better to prepare for a shortage than to leave the people to starve, I'm sure the Government agrees here.

Now then, on to the point which i assume is your reasoning for contacting us. Ship trading. I must admit, my interest is piqued at the prospect of flying something new, but to begin i must correct you on something. Whilst BMM produces the Shire, Shetland, Percheron and Clydesdale models of freighters and transports, it is actually the discretion of Bowex as to the sale of such vessels. Now, after discussion with the Directors and Managers here at Bowex, we have come to an Offer we find more than fair. We worked out that the Shire and Clydesdale would come to a closely equal amount of Cargo space as to that between the Atlas and Celestra transports. Now i must admit, we did plan to originally offer a Shire and Percheron Transport offer, but upon leaning of your lack of a freighter, we decided that you could have nothing finer than a Clydesdale, as your first Freighter, and future Freighter of choice. So, here is our offer:

• We offer you One Shire class Battle Transport, Free of charge
  
• We offer you One Clydesdale Class Freighter, Free of charge
  

In return, we ask from you:

• One Atlas Class Colonial Transport, Free of charge
  
• One Celestra Class Colonial Armed Transport, Free of charge
  

The deal is that:

• The Shire and Clydesdale will be sent to Sabah shipyards for testing by Colonial Engineers.
  
• The Atlas and Celestra will be sent to Scarborough Station in the Newcastle system for testing by a joint team of Bowex and BMM engineers.
  

Upon testing completion, the stated ships will be given "field testing", use in convoys, and if possible, we will test how well defended they are against potential attackers. If all testing proves well, and we find a work around of the potential power loss on our respective technology combinations, then we can work a more permanent contract, allowing the usage of more ships, and even opening up the allowance of the Percheron and Shetland if you so wish. If you agree to these terms, please notify us here, and we will begin moving a Shire and Clydesdale for you.

The Management sees this as entirely reasonable, and I feel it is to. I think that with the acceptance of this contract, with the possibility of a future revision in mind, we could begin some good work between our respective nations.
