Identification: Liberty Navy Name: LNS-Hel formerly OCV-Hel Warship class: Order CV1 Osiris Class Battleship Name of CO: Commander Redbrige S-KYP3 comms ID: blue_iezz
This warship is an Osiris Class Battleship that served the Order Secondary Core, during the battle for toledo, Hel was badly damaged by Nomad Bombers while fleeing the battle when Battleship Isis had been destroyed and everyone was ordered to pull-back.
Unfortunately due to the critical damage received to the navigation systems, the crew of the Hel were forced to fly blind through Minor and eventually found the jumphole to Alaska. That however is where the story of the OCV-Hel crew ends, as the black-box recovered from the Osiris gives no more information on what happened next.
When Hel was discovered by a deep range LSF Scout team in Alaska in early 819 AS, the battleship was found to be floating through open space with no signs of life onboard infact the ship was empty and the crew were missing.
Traces of Nomad DNA were recovered from the ships decks and evidence of a fire fight had been found in the form of plasma burns from close quarters fire, so we can only assume after the OCV-Hel had entered Alaska it came under attack from a larger contingent of Nomad ships and with her systems disabled. She was overwhelmed and the crew were abducted!
Since its hull was intact, the empty Osiris Battleship was then taken back to Juneau Shipyards in Alaska where it could be studied in more detail, the technology discovered within it is amazing some adjustments made by the Order to their battleships are sad to say radically more advanced than our own.
Once the wreck of the OCV-Hel had been fully studied and all its "Advanced Technology" removed, the wreck of the OCV-Hel was fully repaired being fitted with a new engine and power core. Her weapon and navigation systems have been upgraded as well as the armour plating.
The Order Battleship is now ready for service and has been on active duty in Liberty and her bordering systems defending against pirates and Rheinland Warships, the crew of the christened ship 'LNS-Hel' are amazed at her capabilities, commenting on her "Uncanny Agility and Firepower'. Supposedly a battleship that handles like Hel has never been seen before.
