RNC-Wildkatze has been warned for:

8.2 All attacks in Connecticut must be preceded by an agreement to such by all parties that will be involved in the combat. This does not have to be an RP agreement, just an agreement to start shooting.

Consequences:

Dont shoot people if they dont have agreed to it, its not nice and will get you into quite some trouble the next time you cross our desk.

MNS-Defiance has been warned for:

1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

Consequences:

We arent stupid, if you dont intend to fight then you usually dont fly a straight line towards the guy you 'dont want to fight', right? The logs also dont really speak in your favor here.
The next time you do things like this its not just a warning.
