1) That is indeed a tricky subject, since an AI IFF would be far more suitable. Most people use a Zoner IFF for now, so I suggest repping yourself that way.
2) Nomads cannot communicate with AIs, so it just goes straight to direct hostility (at least for now). Wilde are their pawns so they follow that. Gallia however, I'm not sure. I'm guessing it's because you need a bribe?
3) Yes, check the Wiki. There's Consensus lore, Harvester lore. Consensus lore kinda melded the Harvester lore with its own in order to create something cannon. AI Consensus lore is probably the most cannon on the wiki currently. It's more about explaining Gammu as a whole however rather than the ID itself.
