No change was required. Even if it didn't have the name "Pirate Train", it would still be a Z-line ship, and therefore would still have unlawful connotations due to the ship's history and the reputation of those who use it.

Aside; it probably could use a unique name, though, in the likeness of the Slave Liner -> Pilgrim Liner.
