Remove torpedoes, move missiles to the torpedo slot, give us that extra class 9/10 slot back. I know this is right against the balance plan, but as it stands, torpedoes are awful, and apart from giving them an extra 20K damage, they're going to stay awful without turning them into missiles.

Seems to me like the best idea. It will also keep missiles quite balanced since that way people will have to choose either missile or CD (and remove the silly double CD-torp slots from HFs, they aren't supposed to even be able to mount a torp)
