With Outcast internal matters finally settled down InRP and civil war coming to an end, engagement rules regarding Outcast IDed players is now back to normal, and the rights of both official factions are also restored.

Hope you folks had fun, and the staff are already working on an InRP summary of the civil war for those who missed it.
