The Contract Reads as follows:

♦ The Members of LTS will become an Employee of the Gateway Shipping Incorporation. To be Considered as part of the Organization and will be acting as an Organization, under one flag.


♦ The LTS should not bring its "Past" with them.


♦ The LTS members who become part of Gateway must use the designated Sub tags to there Ships LSV - Traders, LSE - Escort and LSX - Executive Vessels. To be used in the naming convention:

Gateway|-LSV-Name Gateway|-LSE-Name for escorts. So that they are recognized as branch of Gateway and also for easier communication.


♦ For the time being only one member of LTS will be given a spot on the Gateway Executive board and bear the right to use LSX sub tag in his/her Ship, this Gateway Executive will be the leader of the Liberty Arm of Gateway and have 100% management autonomy over LSV and LSE ships to be over-ridden in the event of extreme circumstances by either a majority vote of execs on the board or by the CEO with Executive backing. All members of the Executive board are of equal power and able to cast one vote when decisions are made, only the CEO is of a higher power than any Exec and is the leader of the Executive Division GSX / LSX. All members of the Exec board have rights over all GSV / LSV tagged vessels.


♦ Any member of the Executive Board, including the CEO him/herself can be voted out of the Executive board and / or Gateway if a majority vote is passed by the executive board in the instance of actions that threaten Gateway| or its interests.


♦ As a trial period of 1 Month, both LS and GS will manage their own bases with NO shared control access until such time as that month has passed without problems. This means that Liberty Branch will administrate Muruto Trade Center alone and the rest of GSX will admin Oceana Shipping Platform alone. Once the month is passed all Executive members will have Control access to all bases, assuring trust in everyone.


♦ All Gateway| tagged ships will assist in the supply of materials needed to keep both bases alive.


♦ ALL LTS members will be given equal rights within Gateway and treated as any other Gateway member, not rivalry should exist and we should all aim to work together in sight of the Gateway Company Goal: To become the number one shipping faction in Sirius with a Shipping Platform (PoB) in every House (except Gallia).
