I Brian Durbin the above recipient would like to apply for a formal extension of my current due date from the 18th of November to the 21st of November if possible please.

Reason for this is my accountant had a serious lapse in memory and forwarded multiple large sums of my personal funds off to different bank accounts that were not my own an as a result this accountant has been fired and i now will be personally tracking all of my funds, so i would like this extension to right the wrongs that this person has done. Please accept my personal apologies for these grave errors.
