You know how you are allowed to treat transports as combat targets while bounty hunting if they are bountied? Why would the same ID-Rule overwrite not apply here?
I don't think you understood the point I was trying to make. He was attempting to shoot me for the Liberty Navy. The ship is not listed by name on the board. The only way he would have known I was a pirate was by the Pirate ID.
ID's are not inRP. Why should inRP bounties call for an OORP item? It makes no sense.
Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts... perhaps the fear of a loss of power.
