I smartly presented Captain in his Dress Uniform sat in the Recruitment Office, awaiting to be seen by the Recruitment Senior Officer..
'Captain Tavington!' Shouted the Senior Officer,
Stood quickly and sharply to attention, with a quick inhale of air shouts proudly
'SIR!'
The Captain marches in to the Office, snaps his feet together and salutes.
The Recruitment officer braces to attention, thanking Tavington for his respectful gesture, 'Right then Captain, give me your Credentials..'
Captain Tavington nods once and hands his papers to him, the Senior Officer begins reading..
'Captain William Tavington, 30 years old, born on New London..
Previously a Troop Commander for the 2nd Regiment Royal Marines,
Assigned to the Liberty Navy, Secondary Fleet Core to Co-lead with Captain Howard aboard the LNS-Spirit.of.Fire. As per special assignment from the Senior Flight Officer of Richmond Military Academy..'
The Recruitment Officer raises his eyebrow in interest..
'Tavington, how is it you we're trained by the Liberty Navy?'
Tavington replies..
'Sir my parents had moved to Liberty, I decided to stay in Bretonia and joined the Marines when I was of age. Apon completing my training and after a 8 year posting as Troop Commander within 2nd Regiment Royal Marines, I was transfered along with my unit to Richmond, as part of a Military Exchange program. This was to build relations between Bretonian and Libertonian Forces. Giving both sides oppertunity to learn Tactics, command and pilot vessels of one anothers respective Houses. It was a 2 year long exchange, full of interesting and educational classes. During the 2 years I had spent in Libertys' Richmond Military Academy, I became fully qualified in the use of Fighters, Gunboats, Cruisers and Heavy Capital Vessels. As well as full Tactical training for specific use with all of the afore mentioned. Was very much different to ground tactics used within the Regiment, entirely different style of units. At the end of the program, I had recieved several certifications, all of which were distinction grade; that show my qualifying for the use of all and any ship class. I would very much like to command a Capital Vessel within the Primary Fleet sir, it's what I was born for.. '
The Senior Officer seems intrigued by what he is hearing..
'Well Tavington, we will be in touch'
The Captain stands up to attention and salutes the Officer..
