If this is indeed what you have been Sanctioned for, then I would say the Reporter was very excessive with his reporting and didn't use 'Common Sense'. The use of Konnichiwa/Bonjour/Guten Tag adds a little more inRP realism.

I am also very surprised/disappointed that the Admins have allowed it to go that far in what should be deemed, in my opinion, as a rather inoffensive violation.
