It's been a while since the last time I heard back from you, and since I was already done with my side-deal down in Kusari, I decided to move up to Sigmas and from there to Alpha to drop by and say hi. Also good to hear your mess of a civil war is finally over, as nothing good ever comes out of shooting green people, or itching to shoot them, for that matter. But you most certainly don't need me telling you that. Anyways, dropped by Malta the other day, ran into both those new groups who've showed up out of nowhere. The CL} and the (MAD) I mean. Such lovely individuals... not.

I understand despite the civil war finally over, you're still busy with stuff as you've always been, so I'm not trying to push for anything here, just letting you know I'm around your parts for now and planing to stick around for some time, so if you want to reach me any time soon and have that talk we talked about a while back, let me know of the time and the date and I'll be there. Oh, and... Seeing that crowd around Malta lately, I don't think I'd feel much comfortable talking business there. Any chance of moving our little meeting to 85? Corsica perhaps. I've already been there a few times back when the good doctor was leading the Ghosts, so unless things have changed much, I should still know how to act around your private space, so no need to worry about me seeing things I might not be supposed to see. I'm good at looking the other way when needed.
