2. the amount of people "returning because it didn't work" are the data transfer cables( cables to transfer data from one comp to another because they too thick to realise they can use their router), which have been tested to work, but out of every 50 sold, 45 would comeback supposedly "not working"

Before moving to Oklahoma, I worked at an mom & pop owned electronic store. We'd sell a USB device that you could plug an IDE or SATA HDD into, so you could pull data off of it. And after a while we put up a sign - these will only be returnable if shown to be defective when returned. Otherwise - you bought it.

That cut down on our returns of those items drastically ...
