It's a fact: Liberty Caps are completely incapable of TZ at this point in time, while literally ALL of our enemies who are capable of using caps, can still use TZ/TS, and they do, and it gives them an advantage over us more times than not.

How is -that- balanced? And how is Kevin biased for speaking out about it?
