It seems our two licenses, for Tau exports and Military materials, have expired.
Things have changed since the last time we renewed them, but I trust our reasoning will still be satisfactory as it remains essentially the same.

The payment has been sent to the Schiehallion and is recorded in our records; we can provide it if necessary.
