Np, I just hope this thread will be noticed by some nearpassing dev in any observable future.

I've skimmed the thread - there's a fair bit of text here.

At this point in time, it is unlikely that the proposed ideas will be implemented. Put simply, developing the system in any way is effectively adding another system to the mod, when a perfect opportunity to remove it entirely is being presented. It is quite clear that there are too many systems in the mod; a point that is held by pretty much all of the current Developers, and a very wide portion of the community too. Comments on the mining system would also suggest that there are already too many mining spots, when fewer could be more desirable to create stronger activity hot-spots (this is now viable due to field depletion being disabled).

Current plans have Omega-9 losing all of its Jump Holes except for two; one of which will go to Omega-7, and the other is undecided (the best candidate currently is a resized-smaller Omega-47). The system will be moved on the map, either directly east of Omega-7, or east of Omega-47 and south of Omega-11. This will provide time for the system to be evacuated before being totally isolated.
