This is the captain of the OC Dreadnaught Queen.Ann's.Revenge. i am transmitting this message in hopes of creating an organized task force to put the liberty forces into submission. i have been stationed in the New York System for a week to study the security forces and their effect on the cardimine trade routes. I come to the conclusion that this open conflict between said parties must come to an end. we have been at war for too long and the time for change is now. the LNS, LPI, and LSF have overstepped their bounds persecuting traders and hindering open trade between their systems. there fleet is large and it will take an organized task force to take them out. To the OC official factions it is entirely up to your commanding officers if they wish you to be in this battle. i can only speak for the independent OC's and allies. i will be awaiting responses. good luck and god speed
