The group known as Universal Exports been seen attempting to deceive the Contari famiglia, and the Nacion as a whole. Claiming to be neutral, they have thrown in their lot with the Independent Miner's Guild. This is not to be permitted. Their station, Danica Outpost, located in the upper Niobium field of Tau-37, is to be sieged until obliterated. All Universal Export vessels are enemies of the Nacion, and will be treated as such.
