Greetings to the respective leaders of both your organizations,

I am Senior Judge Yohance of the Bretonian Intelligence Service. I am contacting both your groups today as I believe we have much to discuss. You see, I believe there is an opportunity coming that will serve us all.

Our contacts tell me that the Maquis are a well organized group of terrorists who found the ways of the Council too short sighted and emotional to deal with the Crown the way it was meant to be. Willing to kill without remorse and don't care about the consequences of their actions as long as their goals are met.

Those same contacts tell me that the Unione Corse is a large "commercial" enterprise that while it dislikes the Crown, is mainly focused on making a profit. Moving cargo, legal or not, through the Gallic house and if possible, beyond it.

I do hope I did not insult anyone just now with these statements, because these are exactly what we are looking for. Now you may be wondering why I am contacting both of you together and not separately. Simply put, we are short on time to get our new operations underway and I just assume save you both the time of reading two virtually identical letters.

To the point, we are in need of certain things, information, materials, targets, etc. that I believe between your organizations can be supplied.

Information- We have very little information on the Gallic systems. We need information on the back doors in and out of the space. We also need to know where the Gallic fleets are built, shipyards, supply centers, places where explosions would be hazardous to the GRN's health.

Materials- We are in the process of building something to be used against GRN. I won't go into the specifics right now but towards this goal, there are certain materials common to Gallia that we want and can pay well for.

I know that my predecessors have had virtually no contact with either of your organizations. I know that some of your people have even had problems in the past with others that we work with and as such, have no reason to trust us. Let me assure you, that feeling is mutual. However, I have never allowed such a petty thing as trust ruin a good relationship. Maquis, your going to get a chance to create brand new problems for the GRN. Unione Corse, your going to have a chance to make a profit and perhaps even expand your trade network.
