GhostR has been sanctioned for:

Aggressors are not allowed to issue further demands during the same encounter after the trade vessel has complied, or destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand, in system or local chat. "Halt" on its own is not a demand, however, a trade vessel can be destroyed if they refuse to stop after being asked to in the form of a proper demand.

Consequences:
You just flew up and shot him. Hey that's cool. It's what the game is all about. However, on this server you aren't allowed to do that without saying a thing to the player you are shooting. You're guns don't like it when you use them to break the rules and they left your ship in protest.
