Businesses require a good structure to grow and be profitable. Organizational structure is important to provide guidance and clarity to employees at all levels of a company. By paying mind to the organizational structure, departments can work more like well-oiled machines, focusing time and energy on productive tasks. Therefore, organizational structure of the Orbital Spa and Cruise flows logically from its core activities and refers to the composition, subordination, interaction and distribution of works between the following main departments: logistics and security.

A good management of logistics is crucial for effective and efficient delivery of quality services provided by the Orbital Spa and Cruise corporation. "Logistics Department" is a section of the company which manages logistics to ensure the business is successful and includes two divisions: Luxury and Transportation.

Luxury Division

The "Luxury Division" is seen as an emblem of prosperity for the Orbital Spa and Cruise corporation in interactions with the outside world, and its primary role is to provide luxurious transport for corporations or individual passengers.

Security Department

Leaded by the Chief Security Officer, this department is responsible for the security of all Orbital Spa and Cruise personnel. An employee of the "Security Department" is well-trained and has an outstanding fighting skill. Usually, they are former members of military or naval forces from various houses.

Security Division

The main role of the "Security Division" is to ensure the security of the Orbital Spa and Cruise vessels throughout their travels between the leisure resorts. Occasionally, some security ships could be seen flying in very distant systems, as part of secret spy missions.
