I started my patrol today and found nothing of interest through my flight through Colorado and Texas. I returned to Manhattan to check for smugglers and eventually found Kondensat. He was hauling Slaves on a Pirate train. I immediately ordered him to halt and drop the slaves. He eventually complied and when forced to pay the corresponding fine he first refused. After a bit of "persuading" he paid his fine and was warned not to carry slaves again.

I also encountered a ship callsign Red.Rocket. He was flying a freelancer ID'd ship and claimed he was collecting a bounty on me. In his persistance in claiming this bounty he attempted to attack me while I was parked near Hoover station. As may be guessed he did not last long after that thanks to Hoover's defenses.
