Guys, just accept it as it is. HF is too much for you now.
Try to make it from something minor. Indeed Gajan and Mollys can use some love. Fly few month as completely independat Molly IDed players, getting on with stuff around, gathering all necessary info. Also, would be usefull, if you would ask someone, who know how to run faction, and take few advices from him.
Then, try to make small groupe, and establish some relations with others. That would do much better, rather declarating war to everyone. Show some activity, interest and respect to other players. So they would enjoy playing with you, and generate some activity.
And when you will have noted goals (not just kill any red for the sake of your faction) but reasonable way of RPing. History background and other stuff, only then, you can pretend for making faction, which, could eventually become offical. But you guys trying to build skyscraper on sandy beach.
Oh, and forget about bases, space defence stations and things like that. Create PoB as secret research/backup command station, but NOT JH BLOCKER.
